Nederman acquires RoboVent
The environmental technology company Nederman has acquired industrial air filtration company RoboVent, strengthening its North American position within the U.S. weld fume extraction segment.
Combining RoboVent’s strengths – sales, equipment range, and turnkey capabilities – with Nederman’s global footprint, complementary products, solutions, and digital technology will further enhance ability to deliver clean air solutions within served industrial segments. RoboVent is headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan, with more than 100 employees throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico and will become part of Nederman´s Extraction & Filtration Technology Division.
