TOPBALL Ultimate can carry 4x the load and has 64x the life of conventional slide bushings. Its new optimized load plate, outer cylinder structure and double the ball circuits of the standard TW type increase TOPBALL Ultimate’s load ratings by 1.3x and travel life by 2.2x compared to the TW. The TW type has 3x the load capacity and 27x more travel life of conventional bushings.
NB’s self-aligning linear ball bushing products’ precision tolerances are achieved by grinding, not stamping, the raceways and load plates. Because of their high load capacity, they minimize space requirements. Ideal for new designs and interchangeable for retrofitting. NB TOPBALL Ultimate line of slide products are available as total systems or as individual components such as slide bushings, housings, slide shafts and supports.
The new TOPBALL Ultimate (TW-H) improves performance of machinery and equipment for automation, optics, and measuring.
The TOPBALL Ultimate is currently available in sizes 12", 16", 20", and 24".
