MGS, a leading healthcare contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), is excited to announce its participation in MD&M West, North America’s premier medical device manufacturing show, taking place February 4-6, 2025, in Anaheim, California. During the past 18 months, MGS has invested significantly in global growth to better serve Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic and MedTech innovators worldwide. Highlights of these investments include:
- Completion of the MGS Innovation Center located in Germantown, Wisconsin, purpose-built to foster collaboration and innovation. It brings together MGS’ Engineering Services Group, with workspaces dedicated to product design and development, tooling, automation, sampling and more.
- A new 300,000ft2 state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Richfield, Wisconsin, with 140,000ft2 of ISO Class 8 cleanroom space, over 100 injection molding machines and next-generation automation capabilities to meet the needs of Pharma innovators.
- The Richfield site is complemented by the forthcoming Costa Rica facility and the enhanced capabilities it will bring to support high-volume manufacturing, including advanced white room environments and precision automation for drug delivery devices and diagnostic products.
- Updates to its Juarez, Mexico healthcare manufacturing facility, including expanded injection molding capacity, enhanced secondary operations like packaging and ultrasonic welding, and a vertically integrated approach to tooling, automation and manufacturing.
- Additional expansion to MGS’ facility in Leixlip, Ireland serves European customer needs from product design and development to manufacturing along with dedicated cleanrooms and a state-of-the-art Quality Lab.
