No. 906 is an electrically-heated vertical conveyor oven from Grieve, currently used for heating aluminum-clad automotive modules at a customer’s facility.
This oven has a maximum operating temperature of 250°F and overall workspace dimensions measuring 36” x 38” x 92”.
20 kW total are installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements, while a 4,200cfm, 3hp recirculating blower provides vertical upward airflow to the load. Eleven (11) trays, each 30” x 14”, ride vertically on a chain drive, individually indexed to the load/unload position.
This Grieve oven features an aluminized steel exterior and interior, top-mounted heat chamber, 4” thick insulated walls, two (2) independent doors for access to the workspace and heat chamber, loading table and safety light curtain at the load/unload position, plus a viewing window.
No. 906 is built to stringent JIC/NEMA 12 electrical standards and includes a remote-control panel.
