Product Overview
The Digi-Pas®World's 1st DWL1900XY represents a significant advancement in precision vertical angular measurement/alignment technology for machine setup. Unlike traditional single-axis method using Frame/Rectangular Spirit Level, this state-of-the-art digital level simultaneously measures both ZX and ZY axes with unparalleled precision and accuracy. Key specifications include a dual-axis measuring range from 90.000° to ±5.000°, measurement resolutions as fine as 1µm per 50mm to 17µm per 1,000mm, and a rapid measurement speed of 5 seconds. The device also features a robust LED display, operates on two AA 1.5V batteries or USB power, and is constructed from durable PC ABS and Zinc Alloy materials

- Squareness of the table surface to the Z-Axis motion
and other routine checks in accordance to ISO 10791-2 & JIS B 6336-2. These functionalities significantly streamlines the align ment process for CNC machines and coordinate measurement equipment, ensuring precise calibration of both vertical and horizontal planes effortlessly.
The device complies and can be certified to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 calibration standards, with traceability to NIST, JIS, and DIN, affirming its accuracy and reliability
