Rollomatic appoints Southeast Regional Sales Manager – Jason Hodgin; The Rollomatic Group appoints Customer Experience Manager – David Ducsai.

The Rollomatic Group is pleased to announce the appointment of David Ducsai as Group Customer Experience Manager for the geographical area of North America. Ducsai will take over the operational management of the customer service team, field service, hotline, and parts & logistics teams for the range of Rollomatic and Strausak CNC tool grinding, peel grinding and laser cutting machines.

After establishing himself as a control technician, Ducsai translated these skills and expanded his career into field service management. He spent more than 20 years at a renowned large Japanese industrial equipment manufacturer as national field service manager where he demonstrated skills and aptitude to build and lead a service team that provides outstanding customer support. Ducsai repeatedly showed a high level of customer engagement as well as a very friendly and calm personality which is an invaluable asset in support. Ducsai’s hands-on understanding of all technical aspect in machines and equipment will greatly benefit the customer base.

Ducsai will also join the Group Management Team at Rollomatic/Strausak North America.

Rollomatic Inc., a subsidiary of Rollomatic Holding Switzerland, announces the appointment of Jason Hodgin as regional sales manager for several key manufacturing areas in the Southeastern and Central United States.

Rollomatic is a world-leading builder of CNC tool/cutter and peel grinding machines as well as laser cutting machines based in Le Landeron, Switzerland. Their North American headquarter is in Mundelein, Illinois with a state-of-the-art machine demonstration and customer support facility. Their sister company, Strausak Inc., is located in the same building.

Prior to joining Rollomatic Inc., Hodgin spent 8 years with a Swiss manufacturer of tool coating equipment and 7 years with a global cutting tool manufacturer where he repeatedly demonstrated a high level of customer engagement and a very friendly and amiable personality which is an invaluable asset in sales.
