Evan Duncanson has over fifteen years of technical and engineering experience in metalworking manufacturing, most recently as EMUGE-FRANKEN USA Milling Application Specialist providing focused application support for complex milling applications. Evan has been with EMUGE since 2016 beginning in technical support where he was the primary machine programmer for testing customer parts and conducting machining demonstrations. Prior to that, he worked in engineering at a high speed, high precision machine builder and supplier. Evan holds a degree in engineering.
David Fischer
Product Specialist
Okuma America Corporation
Mr. David Fischer has served as Okuma America Corporation’s Product Specialist for lathes and multitasking CNC machines for more than 15 years. In this role, Mr. Fischer provides in-house expertise for these product lines, as well as recommending new product developments and product configurations to meet specific customer needs. In total, Mr. Fischer has five decades of manufacturing industry experience which has been enriched by his numerous roles, including: product specialist, application engineer, CNC machinist, project manager, production supervisor, and more. Mr. Fischer looks forward to sharing how Okuma multitasking CNC machines can be game changers for manufacturers.
Larry Robbins
President and CEO
SMW Autoblok US
Larry Robbins joined SMW Autoblok US in 2007 as national sales manager before being appointed president in 2019. Now as president and CEO for SMW Autoblok US' commercial division, Robbins is responsible for all strategic sales and marketing initiatives as well as overseeing SMW Autoblok’s North America sales team and customer base including machine tool dealers, OEMs, and various projects internationally. Robbins has more than 35 years of machine tool manufacturing experience and prior to working for SMW Autoblok, he owned a successful manufacturers’ rep company for 13 years. Robbins' expertise in the machining industry began early when he worked side by side with his father who owned a prosperous distributorship in New Jersey.
