Jim King
President, CEO, and COO
Okuma America Corporation
Jim King currently serves as the president, CEO, and COO of Okuma America Corporation, having been named president and COO April 1, 2011 and adding the CEO title in August 2024. Jim also serves as a senior officer of Okuma Japan. He originally joined the Okuma organization in January, 2010, as the senior vice president of sales. Before joining Okuma America, Jim previously served as director of channel management for Siemens Industry, based in Alpharetta, Georgia, vice president-sales and marketing for Nematron, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and director-business development for Source Alliance.com in Raleigh, North Carolina. During his career, he managed national sales, channel, marketing, and service groups, as well as directed sales planning. He began his career in 1980 as a sales representative for Rockwell Automation where he held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, and product development. Jim earned an Applied Engineering Sciences degree from Michigan State University.
Larry Wilfong
Executive Vice President – Sales
Iscar Metals, Inc
Larry Wilfong is the executive vice president - sales of Iscar Metals, Inc based in Arlington, Texas. He has responsibility for the U.S. Sales Team with goals deeply rooted in providing Iscar customers with a high level of technological solutions and a focus on the best overall customer experience.
Before being named EVP in January 2023, Larry served as the VP of Sales for the East Zone and was responsible for the Sales Team East of the Mississippi River. The Iscar Regional Managers in this area reported directly to Larry to drive sales growth, sales team development, as well as constantly developing channel and end user relationships.
Larry lives in West Virginia, and he began his career with Iscar as an Independent Agent in January 1991. He became a direct Iscar employee in September 1994. Throughout his career his appointments included product manager, regional manager, and division manager.
Before his work at Iscar, Larry played a lead role in a manufacturing company based in Fairmont, West Virginia. He had responsibility for managing employees, part processing, and overall success of manufacturing customer products from raw material.
Larry enjoys time with his family, shooting sports, home improvement projects, working on cars and playing and singing Bluegrass/Old-Time Gospel music.
Larry Robbins
President and CEO
SMW Autoblok US
Larry Robbins joined SMW Autoblok US in 2007 as national sales manager before being appointed president in 2019. Now as president and CEO for SMW Autoblok US' commercial division, Robbins is responsible for all strategic sales and marketing initiatives as well as overseeing SMW Autoblok’s North America sales team and customer base including machine tool dealers, OEMs, and various projects internationally. Robbins has more than 35 years of machine tool manufacturing experience and prior to working for SMW Autoblok, he owned a successful manufacturers’ rep company for 13 years. Robbins' expertise in the machining industry began early when he worked side-by-side his father who owned a prosperous distributorship in New Jersey.
Michael Herman
Vice President Sales
BIG DAISHOWA Inc.
Michael Herman is Vice President Sales at BIG DAISHOWA Inc. (Hoffman Estates, Illinois). Mike oversees the BIG DAISHOWA sales team and supports the company’s distribution network and machine tool builders throughout North America.
Herman brings more than 40 years of experience to this role, including 14 years at BIG DAISHOWA Inc. During his tenure at the company, Mike has continued to build and develop relationships with the sales team, distribution, and business partners, with a personal commitment of promoting a higher performance guarantee.
