GZERO Additive announced a second location in Cincinnati, OH. “The new facility is laid out to produce ten times the number printers,” said Michael Parks, Co-Founder.
GZERO Additive is a producer of large, industrial grade fused filament fabrication 3D printers. GZERO is a trusted service bureau that makes parts out of a variety of thermoplastics on their machines. They also provide design and engineering services to help service bureau customers optimize their products.
Founded in January of 2022, the company has grown from a startup to a contender in the additive manufacturing community. They build systems with build volumes of 415mm x 355mm x 542mm (16.3" x 13.9" x 21.3") or 415mm x 355mm x 1042mm (16.3" x 13.9" x 41.0") which can be fitted with single or dual high-volume extruders. They often provide prototype or production parts at a fraction of the price of other companies.
While the new facility has twice the floor space, they had the luxury of laying out the machine assembly and part production departments to optimize capabilities and allow for production of up to ten times the number of systems.
