Ransohoff's Lean-Jet RB-2, part of the new industrial duty, aqueous based parts cleaning systems specifically designed for use within lean or cellular manufacturing processes will be on display. This advanced technology, high performance cleaning system surpasses the most stringent part cleanliness requirements in a reliable, compact, and easy to service configuration at twice the production of single basket machines. The Lean-Jet RB-2 washer consists of multi-stage rotational cleaning, rinsing, and drying in a common chamber, eliminating the need for a part transfer system.
The Lean-Jet is designed to be a parts cleaning system for industries that require high performance cleaning of small to medium sized parts in low to medium volumes. Examples include screw machineparts, fasteners, precision machined and formed parts, and other hard to clean components.
