Feedback-positioning encoder
The M Sense B Encoder, designed for applications that require high accuracy in a compact design, offers accuracy in the range of 1° to 1.5°, covering a resolution band of up to 1,024 lines with an integrated line driver offering accurate positioning and speed control.
With its line driver in a single chip, the compact M Sense B Encoder can provide a solution for a variety of applications. The output connection offers flexibility for easy integration, and the integrated line driver reduces the need for an additional driver by providing long communication lines between itself and the encoder. Cable output flexibility is available in both axial and radial options.

Stepper motor options
With small or portable devices, the size of the stepper motor is important. Designers often face the task of trying to fit a regular sized NEMA 14 or 17 motor into a compact package. The reduced-size 3709 series motors feature an end-cap design that incorporates the bearings, making the motors as thin as 12.5mm.

Miniature single-axis mirror positioning system
The DK-M3-RS-U-1M-20A developer’s kit for the M3 micro-mechatronic product line is a complete piezoelectric mirror positioning system with a galvo-scanner form factor 12mm in diameter, including the embedded closed-loop controller.
The smart stage rotates the pre-mounted aluminum-coated mirror ±20° at up to 1,100°/second with an accuracy of 0.25° for precise, point-to-point positioning or dynamic scanning up to 100Hz. With 3.3VDC input, it is suited for handheld and portable instruments.
Piezoelectric motors along with position sensors, bearings, drive electronics, and embedded firmware are all part of the miniature rotary stage for easy integration. The positioner accepts direct input of high-level digital motion commands from a system processor via I2C, SPI, UART, or analog servo interfaces.

Liquid flow sensors
LD20-series CMOSens-based flow sensors are equipped with luer lock fittings for integration into the fluidic line and offer precision measurement of low and ultralow flow rates. The sensors are suitable for applications such as monitoring infusion therapies in clinical environments.
The LD20-series CMOSens-based disposable flow sensors optimize costs by reducing the flow sensor to the bare minimum without sacrificing easy fluidic, electrical, and mechanical connections. The flow channel inside the sensor is straight and open and has no moving parts. By providing a bidirectional measurement of the flow rate from 1,200ml/h down to single-digit ml/h, the sensor reliably detects common failure modes, such as occlusion, with speed and sensitivity.

Linear motors
Low-inertia, hollow-core voice coil or moving coil linear motors feature high acceleration, positioning to less than 1µm (0.00004"), high reliability, and low cost. The cleanroom friendly, non-commutated motors are available in 23 off-the-shelf standard sizes. Moticont hollow-core voice coil linear motors have open apertures of 0.125"(3.2mm) to 2.000" (50.8mm). The linear motor’s hollow core allows for optics, illumination, laser beams, or cables to pass through. For easy integration into new and existing applications, linear voice coil motors are available in five standard outside diameters.
