Coolant Filtration Line
From simple cloth filters for use with a small machine tool to sophisticated plant-wide coolant recovery systems, machine tool coolant filtration systems save shops millions of dollars every year by cleaning and recovering valuable cutting fluids, extending the life of expensive machines and tools, and improving overall part quality.
Offered now is a range of nine product lines: Detex, Extra, Master, Decom, Magneto, Rotomag, Spring, X26, and Superfilter series. All of them can be fitted with different stages and different filtration technologies: non-woven fabric, self-cleaning drum, high liquid head, and self-cleaning cartridges. Furthermore, Losma’s products are modular type and can be supplemented with refrigerators, oxygenators, shaving collectors, and mud compactors.

High-Performance, High-Value to Small Parts Processing
The Vertical Center Universal (VCU) 300 has a 3-axis table that provides effective part processing with quick, simple setups. The machine easily pairs with a twin-pallet changer to increase spindle utilization and allow users to benefit from continuous uninterrupted production. For manufacturers that require 5-axis machining, the VCU 300 is available with a rotary/tilt table, called the VCU 300 5X. Both the 3- and 5-axis versions offer X- and Y-axis strokes of 11.8" (300mm) and a Z-axis travel of 20.07" (510mm).
Featuring a CAT-40 taper 10,000rpm spindle, the VCU 300 offers precision metal removal. Other maximum spindle speeds are available, such as 12,000rpm and 20,000rpm in 40-taper as well as 42,000rpm in E40 (HSK), so that users can effectively match spindle performance with their part machining requirements.
The spindle chiller on the VCU 300 maintains a constant spindle temperature to prevent heat buildup and improve machining accuracy. Other benefits of the chiller include extended spindle life, increased machining capacity, and reduced maintenance costs.

Video Contour Projector
The c-vision video contour projector, a new product category in the industrial marketplace, combines the accuracy and automation of a large-field-of-view video measuring system with the rugged, high load capacity and familiarity of a horizontal comparator. C-vision’s optical system includes two internal optical magnifications, and 10 digital zoom settings, allowing a full 16:1 zoom range. At the lowest magnification, c-vision provides a full 3" field of view – equivalent to a 30" optical comparator. C-vision’s optics are fully telecentric to ensure accurate measurements throughout the entire depth of field. The optics are paired with a QVI digital megapixel camera that captures and measures the entire field of view in one snapshot, enabling simultaneous measurement of dozens of features.
C-vision is available in two models, and both offer the same optical system and software for high performance measurement.
Measure-X 2D metrology software is standard on all c-vision systems, and provides an approachable, intuitive user interface, combined with the power of full video measurement software.
