Delivering Higher Rigidity, Performance
The FVGC-II vertical grinding center meets current and future grinding and chip-cutting requirements. The series has linear-way design on the saddle and table, with Big-Plus CT40 spindle taper, delivering an over-all dimension of 47.2" x 20" with a table load of 1,320 lb. The Fanuc 0iMD control with Fanuc 10hp servo spindle motor and 12,000rpm spindle with square-way column comes standard. The optional table-mount diamond-disc dresser for the grinding wheel can be dressed in various forms and shapes by using the device. The machine offers a spindle with air-purge design to protect foreign material from flying into the spindle.

Liquid Silicone Rubber Thin Walled Diaphragms
High strength and good flexibility are important features in thin-walled diaphragms that are custom injection molded of liquid silicone rubber (LSR). These diaphragm-sealing devices, when molded of LSR material, improve design function and cost efficiency compared to similar components molded of lesser grade compounds. LSR has good heat resistance to 180°C and good flexibility down to -45°C. It also has excellent electrical insulating characteristics and resists UV radiation and weathering.
