Profile inspection machine
The Apex profile inspection machine is a fully automated, ultra-precise, profile measurement machine designed to measure profiles of form cutting tools and grinding wheels. An ideal alternative to three dimensional inspection machines, the Apex will help inspect and qualify the most difficult geometric profiles using existing DXF drawings.
The Apex offers a measuring height of 420mm (16.5") and a measuring diameter of 400mm (15.75"). Other features include Parlec’s ParleVision imaging technology, a completely enclosed measuring environment to minimize environmental influences, and dual 19" widescreen monitors with 70x video magnification.
The software design of Apex allows users to complete inspections in a 3-step process. With a single import of DXF drawings, inspections are performed and repeated with the click of a button, accelerating and enhancing the process to reduce scrap and improve production efficiencies.

Radio module
The ZL70323 is optimized for implantable medical devices such as pacemakers, cardiac defibrillators, and neurostimulators. The module is based on the ultra-low power (ULP) ZL70103 radio transceiver chip, which supports a high data rate radio frequency (RF) link for medical implantable communication applications.
A wide variety of medical implantable applications use RF technology including cardiac care, physiological monitoring, pain management, and obesity treatments.
The ZL70323 implantable module implements all RF-related functions needed to deploy the implant node in a medical implantable communications service (MICS) RF telemetry system. The integrated antenna tuning circuit allows the module to be used with a wide range of implantable antennas (nominal antenna impedance is 100+j150Ω).
Features
- 5.5mm x 4.5mm x 1.5mm
- Integrated matching network surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter
- 2.45GHz wake-up receiver
- 24MHz reference frequency crystal

High-tech, economical bar feeder
The GT 326-E automatic magazine bar feeder for sliding headstock machines loads 12ft-long bar stock that has diameters from 3mm to 20mm (26mm with bar prep).
A two-position, automatic, hydrostatic front stabilizer with V-shaped guiding elements dampens residual vibration between the front of the bar feeder and the back of the spindle. The headstock synchronization system is directly connected to the servo drive to eliminate transmission delay for perfect synchronization between the pusher and headstock.
Features
- 10.6" deep magazine tray
- One-minute setup
- Automatic adjustment of pushing torque, forward speed, and feeding length by entering shape, diameter, and feed-out length into the HMI
