Toolholder Clamps Small Tool Shanks
The Tribos-Mini directly clamps the smallest of tool shanks consistently along the entire axis. Machining medical, dental, and micro level parts are the most challenging of applications today. This toolholder from Schunk eliminates troublesome collets, collet nuts, and inconsistent tool clamping.

With runout accuracy of less than 3µ and a balance grade of G2.5 at 25,000rpm, high rpms and fast feedrates are achievable. Unique in the proven Tribos design is the direct clamping through the elasticity of the toolholder material. The Tribos technology utilizes a polygon form in the clamping bore to generate the clamping.

Cutting tool clamping results are simplified without the influence of an operator. The holder inserts into the Tribos press and the cutting tool releases in less than 30 seconds.

Manual mounting and changing of tools in Tribos-Mini toolholders and Tribos-Mini extensions has never been so efficient. The SVP-Mini clamping device enables simple clamping of Schunk-Minis for micro-machining as far as the backstop, saving time and significantly reducing set-up costs.

This handy and compact clamping device, distinguished by its simple handling, covers the entire Tribos-Mini range (D2-dimension 9mm) without any additional reduction inserts. This not only makes it a low-cost acquisition but inexpensive for use as well. The SVP-Mini fastens both horizontally and vertically to the workbench while direct clamping and unclamping on the spindle are also possible.

Tribos-Mini offers all of the benefits of the Tribos family, with an extensive line of holders and extensions.

Reduce Health, Accident, and Fire Risks
Any form of pollution is potentially dangerous to personnel. Oil/coolant mist creates slippery surfaces, which increase accident rates. Oil/coolant deposits create a serious fire risk by allowing fires to spread quickly.

For more than 30 years, the Royal Filtermist has been effectively collecting mist and smoke generated by all types of machinery. There are currently more than 150,000 Filtermist units operating in more than 40 countries worldwide. Throughout its history, the Royal Filtermist has undergone continuous design improvements. The latest version, the Filtermist FX-Series, is the product of extensive computer-aided modeling and laboratory testing.

The Royal Filtermist is available in four sizes ranging from 275cfm to 1,200cfm, and its flexible design enables it to be mounted in a variety of ways, including: directly to the top of a machine tool, on a stand, or suspended from a factory ceiling. Maintenance and operating costs of the Royal Filtermist are minimal.

All Royal Filtermist units come with a 45-day risk-free performance guarantee to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
