Chlorine-Free Lubricant
Developed for difficult-to-machine stainless, titanium, Inconel, aluminum, and other special alloys in the medical industry, the chemistry of PICOCUT 6012 meets the growing demand for oil-based lubricants that achieve accurate precision cutting, longer tool life, and improved surface finishes in machining centers without the environmental, cleaning, and corrosion issues of other paraffins.

Easy to operate, the multi-functional lubricant reduces smoke, eliminates foams, exhibits high oxidation resistance, and can replace older technology cutting oils and water-soluble fluids. The blue-colored, low-odor PICOCUT 6012 improves lubricity and cooling, and extreme pressure anti-weld performance without any tank-side additives. The lubricant is available in multiple sizes.

Faster, Easier CNC Simulation
The newest version of Vericut software, release 7.2, is now available, featuring many enhancements to improve speed, thereby reducing the time required for manufacturing engineers to develop, analyze, inspect, and document the CNC programming and machining process. Along with proactively adding new features, CGTech developers and engineers focus on implementing hundreds of customer-driven enhancements. One feature is the ability to optimize a NC program from a saved simulation. Users can adjust and re-optimize without rerunning the simulation. An interactive panel displays cutting conditions, immediately, anywhere in the machining process. The user can navigate the NC program to evaluate cutting conditions and quickly see the results of adjustments.
