Joe Kane has been appointed chief operating officer of Rollomatic Inc. and Strausak Inc. and will continue serving as Strausak’s president. The combined companies provide precision tool-grinding solutions.

Anstar Corp. is now a JTEKT Toyoda Americas distributor representing Central and Northern Illinois. Anstar is led by Founder and CEO Chuck Anderson.
Kevin Spring, sales engineer for Big Kaiser Precision Tooling, is responsible for support and sales in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
