Keller's new pump/skimmers for individual machine tool sumps rapidly remove oil and suspended solids from the coolant while aerating the coolant through continuous circulation at high flow rates. The new TKO separators are the only single-sump skimmers which utilize a high flow rate ½ in. air operated diaphragm pump, able to separate and re-circulate 180 gallons of coolant per hour. The separator can be run when the machine tool is operating or idle.
A TKO separator contains the Keller permanent coalescing floating inlet device that compensates automatically for changes in the coolant level of the sump.
