Session Topic: Benefits of Predictive Maintenance for Machine Tools, Robotics, and Spindles
Attendees of this talk will learn how predictive maintenance can be used to optimize a facilities’ uptime of machine tools, robotics, and spindles. The main areas of maintenance discussed will include: vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, thermography, alignment, a variety of tools, technologies, and methodologies. Unique to this talk is the information on how robotics can now be optimized for uptime through new wireless sensors not widely available in the past. The talk will be current and up-to-date with new technologies and welcoming for those new to predictive maintenance, but will include new trends and technologies that experienced reliability experts will want to hear about. Attendees will be empowered by the end of this talk to use a variety of predictive maintenance technologies to improve uptime and reliability at their facility.
