The LB3000EX from Okuma offers a maximum machining diameter of 16.14” and maximum machining length of 19.69”. Equipped with a ball screw driven tailstock along with X and Z rapid traverse rates of 984 and 1,181 ipm respectively, this product was created for accuracy and flexibility. Options include milling capability, a sub-spindle (W), Y-axis, and two spindle sizes. The LB3000EX has Machining-Navi L-g, as well as off center turning, touch-setter M, Advanced One-Touch, Edge Technologies barfeed, and counter spindle tailstock function.
Also available is the LB2000EX, which offers a maximum machining diameter of 16.93” and maximum machining length of 11.81”. With a ball screw driven tailstock along with X- and Z-rapid traverse rates of 984 and 1,181ipm, respectively, the product was created with accuracy and flexibility in mind. The LB2000EX can be equipped with (M)illing capability, a sub-spindle (W), Y-axis and two spindle sizes. This machine is displayed with a big bore and milling capability.
