The Hawkeye Pro Precision Borescopes from Gradient Lens are designed to provide high levels of quality control in the visual inspection process. The new rigid borescopes provide detailed, vivid images of surface finish irregularities, burrs and other defects that can affect the quality of cannulas, trocars, catheters, needles and other small components. The smallest scope in the line is .073 mm in diameter.
Advancements such as the development of the latest generation of GLC's patented endoGRINs relay lens system, which prooduces sharper, more detailed images have been made. A newly designed, multicoated objective lens provides higher image contrast and more vivid, accurate color.
The new Hawkeye Pro line includes models in a range of diameters to accommodate even very narrow openings. Models range from the Hawkeye Pro Hardy .250 in., Hawkeye Pro Slim .165 in., Hawkeye Pro SuperSlim .095 in. and the Hawkeye Pro MicroSlim .073 in. Lengths range from 3 to 17 in. and all of the new borescopes offer either a 0º or 90º direction-of-view with the use of a mirror adaptor.
