Microlution's CNC micro-milling machine is available with a 36-pocket automatic tool changer and interpreting standard G-code, Microlution's CNC micro-milling machine delivers 2µm positioning accuracy, 50 nanometer resolution, and 200 nanometer repeatability, all within a 4ft2 footprint. The micromilling machine has been utilized in a variety of industries to machine small precision parts with complex 3D free-form geometry in a wide range of materials including plastics, metals, glass and ceramics. The Microlution 363-S uses a quick-change highly-repeatable mounting system for both the workpiece pallet and the spindle.
