
MAZAK CORPORATION HAS ANNOUNCED that Addy Machinery Company, its distributor in the eastern half of Michigan, will now be adding the western half of the state, effective immediately. Addy Machinery will also cover Chippewa, Mackinac and Luce counties in the eastern portion of Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
According to Addy Machinery President, James C. Addy, the company is establishing a new sales office in the Greater Grand Rapids area that will be headed by Peter Addy, vice president. Personnel at the new office will include three sales engineers, six service engineers and an applications engineer. While growing their operation, Addy Machinery also successfully became ISO-9002 and QS-9000 registered.
"This tells our customers that Addy works to the highest international quality standards. We're qualified to conduct full turnkey projects, time studies, test cuts and training services—whatever customers require for improving their business," comments Addy.
