MXB electric belt-drive actuators include solid bearing load-carrying designs for harsh environments. The trapezoidal solid bearing provides a rigid, long-lasting bearing system able to operate in environments that roller bearings cannot withstand. With loads up to 520 lb (235kg), speeds up to 100ips (2.54m/sec) and strokes up to 230" (5.8m), the MXB-S belt-drive actuators offer a solution for light-to-moderate loading applications requiring high duty cycle and high speeds with long strokes. The MXB-S actuator can withstand light washdown.
The MXB-S is available in six body sizes with in-line motor mounts as well as reverse parallel mounts with 3:1 timing belt reductions. When paired with the ACS servo or stepper EtherNet/IP-enabled drive and motor package, or with third-party motor and drive using the Your Motor Here program, the MXB-S actuator can integrate into many applications.

Board-mount 15W to 60W AC-DC power supplies
TDK-Lambda KMS-A 15W to 60W board-mount AC-DC medical and ITE-certified power supplies are capable of starting at -40°C. The convection-cooled units will operate in ambient temperatures up to 80°C and are rated for full load from -30°C to 50°C.
The encapsulated series is comprised of three power levels: 15W, 30W, and 60W and five output voltages: 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, and 24V. The 15W models measure 52.5mm x 27.5mm x 23.5mm, the 30W 64.0mm x 45.0mm x 23.5mm and the 60W models 89.0mm x 63.5mm x 27.0mm. Rated for Class II operation, the KMS-A requires no earth ground connection.
The KMS-A series accepts an input voltage of 90VAC to 264VAC and requires no external input filtering components. Efficiencies are up to 89% and have an off-load power draw of <0.1W for the KMS15A, <0.15W for the KMS30A, and <0.3W for the KMS60A.
Input-to-output isolation is 4kVAC, 2 x MOPPs, with all models certified to UL/CSA/IEC/EN 60950-1, ANSI/AAMI ES 60601-1, IEC/EN 60601-1, and carrying the CE mark for the low voltage and RoHS2 directives.
