Slipstream Series 1 linear stages are ready-to-run, compact linear stages that feature 0.2mm/300mm accuracy and 0.1mm repeatability. Available in travel lengths to 6m, these easy-to-install precision stages have T-Slots on three sides for installation and/or accessories. The Slipstream linear stages are ideal for: robotics, pick-and-place, assembly, packaging, sampling, testing, and other precision positioning applications.
Motor options for Slipstream linear stages include a NEMA 23 Stepper, and a 100W or 200W servomotor with encoder. Motors can be mounted on the left or right side and a fail-safe brake is available as an option. Mounting configurations include: X, Y and Z axes, and gantries.
Stock off-the-shelf travel lengths to 3m are shipped in less than two weeks. Steel precision profile rails handle dynamic loads to 22.3KN, and the 50mm wide, steel reinforced polyurethane timing belt features maximum belt strength at 3,000rpm of 1,300N for long life in high duty cycle applications.
