Expanded vise line
VesatileLock 20-model vise lineup offers 0.0005" repeating accuracy and includes reverse models for part programming in the Y-axis and easier part loading and unloading. The vises create an equalizing force between the moveable jaw so the one-piece vise body with integral stationary jaw holds the workpieces in the most rigid state possible. The vises are designed from 80,000psi ductile iron with machine-steel components that dampen cutter-induced and machine table vibrations during high-speed cutting and aggressive operations. Consistent vise ganging ensures that part-to-part moves are accurate and will not cause tool collision. The vises can be mounted on either side, on the base, or back-to-back to achieve the desired holding configuration.

Turning toolholder
The Dual Contact CAT50 stick turning toolholder is designed for Okuma MacTurn 550 milling/turning centers. The dual contact of the toolholder taper shank and the toolholder flange eliminate pull-back of the toolholder. The steep taper contacts the spindle taper and flange contact on the spindle face, making a solid union in both the axial and radial planes. This results in resistance to axial movement as the face contact prevents the toolholder from being pulled up into the spindle at high speeds.

Cabinet oven
The electrically-heated 500°F (~260°C) Class 100 cleanroom cabinet oven is designed for curing medical rubber products. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 36" x 36" x 27" while 15kW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the unit, while a 750cfm, 1hp recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow across the load. It includes a programming and recording temperature controller and silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) power controller.

Small parts deburring
The sPINner machine batch deburrs dozens of small parts where other media cannot reach. It removes light burrs and whiskers from holes, slots, threads, cross-holes, and internal cavities.

Operator panels
The OP 015 black and OP 019 Blackline operator panels for the 840D sl CNC system deliver a range of options for machine operation. Inductive sensor technology prevents incorrect entries caused by the heel of the operator’s hand, and allows users to operate the interface while wearing gloves.
The OP 015 black features an alphanumerical keyboard on the right that can be operated via touch control. The OP 019 has a 19" display that can show all the entries made in widescreen format. Both panels have an integrated glass panel on the front side and are designed with IP66 and IP65 degrees of protection. The operator panel can provide a basic machine display, with three or four channels showing up to 13 axes.

Dispensing equipment
The F4-5 and F4-55 liquid silicone rubber (LSR) dispensing systems offer precise dispensing of two-component LSR, with two flow meters ensuring material remains on-ratio. If the system encounters an issue and off-ratio conditions exist, it automatically shuts down to prevent wasted material and unusable products.

Modular clamping system
The pL Lehmann Swiss clamp modular system allows operators to mount multiple workpieces on machine tool tables for uninterrupted production and unmanned operations. The four basic modules enable more than 240 possible configurations, including both clamping – requiring only one basic body – and duo clamping, where two mono clamps are mounted opposite one another. Configuration options include creating a clamping tower/tombstone on a fourth axis, a horizontal clamping cone overhung or with counter bearing, or a clamping bridge on a trunnion table where both sides require a different design with mono and duo systems. Operators can also create clamping modules on the fourth or fifth axis.

End mills
Series 33 high-performance end mills are designed for difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel. They feature a comprehensive fractional and metric selection in a wide variety of corner radii, and Ti-Namite-A coating, offering extended tool life and performance.
