Brushless flat motor

The 90ECF brushless DC flat slotted motor features a performance-optimized design using an outer rotor configuration with an overall body length of 40mm, enabling it to deliver high power density and smooth output torque in a compact package. The standard version is available with Hall sensors, while a sensorless option can be made available upon request.

The brushless DC flat slotted motor provides maximum continuous torque up to 1N•m, making it a choice for miniature applications needing direct-drive solutions. This facilitates the elimination of motor accessories such as gearheads in certain cases, and assists in reducing the motion system’s overall complexity, providing a lower cost of ownership.

The 90ECF’s high-torque capabilities and cost-optimization make it a solution for medical and robotic applications such as wheel drives, exoskeletons, and oxygen concentrators.

Website, product configurator

The launch of a new website contextualizes ALIO’s numerous motion control solutions within the industrial sectors and applications where they are most used and appropriate. In addition, the company also launched its product configurator, allowing users to enter key application-specific requirements to be presented with motion control solutions that perfectly match those requirements.

While providing an extensive range of off-the-shelf products – including hexapod robotic systems, air bearing systems, and linear and rotary nano-precision systems (with mechanical and air bearings guides) – the company also customizes solutions, creating motion control systems for specific applications. The modularity of ALIO’s systems means everything doesn’t need to be designed from scratch, and the ALIO team’s experience coupled with this modular design concept allows fast and reliable adaptations to application specifications.
