FactoryWiz Monitoring v19 includes Productivity Manager’s advanced features for live, actionable productivity data on any web-enabled device. Designed for speed and ease of use, Productivity Manager allows users to instantly see a complete live overview of all enterprise sites and departments and drill down into metrics such as machines, work orders, parts, operators, and shifts. Live data showing shift, day, week, month, or year, or rolling defined dates can be viewed instantly without generating reports.
The latest version also includes standard reports and dashboards, a widget driven tablet, the user manual, and native machine connections.
High-force electric linear actuator
The Tolomatic RSX press model (RSX096P) electric linear actuator increases the force range of the RSX product family to 40,000 lbf (178kN) and can be optimized for force in the extend direction. Actuators are suitable for metal-forming and assembly including pressing, punching, stamping, riveting, fastening, and joining.
Upgrades include larger tie-rods, an optimized bearing system, and high-strength front-mounting flange. Standard anti-rotate prevents rod rotation without external guidance.
The Your Motor Here feature allows for servo motors and gearboxes up to 215mm frame size.
Touchscreen interface for automated equipment
When connected to the MachineMotion controller, Vention's touchscreen pendant allows operators and administrators to run and modify MachineApps through an intuitive, code-free user interface. The controller is pre-loaded with control and operations software, a computer via a USB connection, or using an Ethernet connection.
Motion control library
Improved industrial device control and motion control components are available over Profinet networks in the Schneider Electric Automation Library. Add-on instructions (AOI) enhance Schneider Electric Motion’s Lexium MDrive (LMD) products with executable code blocks to speed interface with Profinet programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
AOIs reduce communications overhead by decreasing the work of integrating Lexium MDrive all-in-one motor and electronics products into PLC programs. Motion is controlled by networks with relative move, absolute move, jogging, homing, read input, and write output functions.
Lexium MDrive products integrate 1.8°, 2-phase stepper motors with onboard drive electronics, controller, and encoder. Products with a programmable motion controller may be operated in closed-loop, torque control, and variable current control for energy savings and reduced heating. Rotary and linear stepper motor versions are available.
