Chicago, Illinois -The purpose of this session is to educate the audience about the use of the latest in manufacturing technology as an alternative solution to the prevailing, national concern of a “skills gap”.  The “skills gap” refers to the universal need for new employable entrants into the manufacturing marketplace and the reality of the shallow pool of available candidates that exist today. By employing new technology, end users/manufacturers can, in many cases; automate a process, extend tool life, or achieve the needed parts per shift required to expand their businesses and meet their customer’s needs.
