Surface Grinding
The ACC-1632CAiQ 2-axis surface grinding machine features a T-frame traveling column design for stability and precision. The wide frame construction and rigid sub-assemblies provide excellent vibration damping for superb accuracy. Use of ribbed Meehanite cast iron construction is throughout the machine. Precision linear slideways are on the Y- and Z-axis and double-vee are on the X-axis. The ACC-1632CAiQ has a 32" x 16" chuck size. Table load capacity, including chuck, is 2,205 lb. The clearance under the grinding wheel to table range is 0.89" to 20.57". A 10hp direct drive precision balanced grinding wheel spindle motor delivers a spindle speed range of 500rpm to 2,500rpm

Centerless Grinding
The 255 CL Centerless cylindrical grinding machine is designed for high-precision grinding of components made of tungsten carbide, HSS, ceramics, glass, and all kinds of steel parts with diameters between 0.5mm to 30mm and plunge lengths of up to 125mm. The grinding and control spindles form equivalent NC axes that are freely programmable. The CNC control system is based on the Siemens 840 D controller that, when combined with the Safety-Integrated safety concept, creates a CE-compliant total system.

Multiple Multi-Axis Grinding Machines

Surface Finishing

Tool Analyzer
The Model 560 tool analyzer is capable of magnifying a wide range of tools and parts down to 0.0015" in diameter. They can inspect tools in the holder, saving time by allowing the operator to remove the toolholder with the tool in place, bringing both to the analyzer for inspection.

Deburring Tools
The Burr-Rx line of deburring tools now includes power tube brushes, small-diameter wheels, and Bore-Rx internal deburring tools in addition to large-diameter wheel, disc, miniature disc, and banded-end brushes. Cutting Tool/Burr Grinder

Machine-Compatible Deburring System
The Tri-Ten series of deburring systems includes a unit designed to accept precision-ground parts, directly from a grinding, lapping, or honing machine. Customization of all Tri-Ten machines is for the company’s application-specific abrasive filament brushes. Bore Gages
These bore gages feature precision indicators with six-digit LCD readouts, 11mm character height, and three large buttons for easy operation. Capable of checking bore sizes from 0.054" (1.37mm) to 12" (300mm), and bore lengths up to 24" (600mm), these electronic bore gages allow users to set upper and lower tolerance limits for Go/No Go judgments, which then display in full-size characters. Standard analog indicator-equipped gages read out in tenths (0.002mm), models with five-tenths (0.010mm) read outs are also available. The electronic indicator dial bore gages provide the ability to perform scaling calculations, judge tolerance, hold data, and general comparison measurements.
