The GA26W high speed, compact grinder uses the OSP-P300G CNC control, an open architecture control that runs on a Windows-based platform and fully integrates the machine, motors, drives, and encoders, for enhanced machine performance and customization. The Easy Operation control and touch screen increase efficiency by letting users toggle between machine operations, programming, and wheel-preparation screens.
The CNC grinder’s wheelhead-traverse structure gives it a solid, compact footprint. The design allows workpieces to be loaded easily for automation in high-production environments. The rigid foundation, paired with a hydrodynamic wheel spindle, allows for heavy-duty grinding. A standard chatter control function automatically adjusts wheel speed for accurate, stable machining.
