CUT F Series wire EDMs
With its intuitive Uniqua human/machine interface (HMI), the CUT F 600 delivers optimal functionality and ergonomics with a 19" vertical touchscreen, full keyboard, and mouse. With off-line and at-the-machine programming, ISO-based functionality, and object-oriented programming, Uniqua provides a powerful graphic tool with integrated CAM and ensures compatibility with major CAD/CAM programs.
The iWire function of the CUT F 600 automatically identifies and adapts wire speed to changing erosion height conditions during the process, eliminating wire breakage while reducing overall wire consumption per job. The iWire function works in tandem with the Intelligent Spark Protection System (ISPS), both part of the Uniqua control.

Contour, roughness measurement
The W 600 series roughness and contour measurement systemincludes high measurement quality, free access to measuring points, rapid changeover of probe system, automatic probe and probe arm recognition, contour probe arms with radio frequency identification (RFID) chip, and Evovis evaluation software.
Probe arms use a magnetically attached kinematic mounted coupling enabling quick probe system changeover with minimum retooling time due to automatic probe recognition. Probe arms are equipped with an RFID chip for simple calibration and automatic configuration.
Measuring and evaluation Evovis software offers a standardized user interface with easy-to-understand control logic and support functions for tailoring individual measurement applications.
