
Siemens will introduce new solutions and services for machine tool manufacturers and end-users. For machine manufacturers and end-users, Siemens is exhibiting the newest innovations in CNC, motor and drive technology as well as new value-added services ranging from mechatronics support and retrofit to internet-based service and support, virtual production and machine simulation.
In the area of medical manufacturing, the German machine tool manufacturer STAMA will display their MC 726/MT machining center that combines complete milling and turning applications on one machine. With the SINUMERIK 840D powerline CNC, Siemens will present the capabilities of five-axis machining through live demonstrations. High-speed features of the 840D such as TRAORI, NURBS and Spline Interpolation will boost an end-user's productivity without compromising precision, accuracy or performance.
