The RB-200F Series 5-axis bridge type machining center offers efficient and accurate machining of multiple angles and 3D contours. Boasting massive spindle head and ram assemblies, SNK's RB-F Series ensures rigid and precise operation. The powerful RB-F spindle (30kW/25kW, 40rpm to 10,000rpm, or 55kW/50kW, 150rpm to 15,000rpm) provides ample power for machining of monolithic aerospace parts. The combination of the ISO 50 taper spindle and a 394ipm or optional 590ipm cutting feedrate (X, Y) enables high-speed cutting.
The 5-axis control of the RB-F Series offers precision multi-angle milling and drilling, contour milling and flat machining.
The table size of the RB-200F is 79" x 157", while the load capacity is more than 33,000 lb (15,400 for the high-speed option). Travels are 167" x 114" x 23.6" x 33.5"; spindle head rotation (B) is ±95°, and spindle head rotation (C) is ±360°.
Also on display will be the Niigata HN80D horizontal machining center featuring traverse rates of 1,181ipm and feedrates of 592ipm on heavy-duty boxways.
