SPIROL International Holding Corp.’s Board of Directors appointed Jeffrey F. Koehl as chairman. Koehl joined the company in 1997 and has been serving as chairman and CEO since 2010. Koehl succeeds his father, Hans H. Koehl, who passed away Nov. 30, 2023.
Koehl earned his bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Brown University and his MBA from Boston College. He has more than 26 years’ experience at SPIROL and has held several leadership positions with the company. Under Koehl’s direction, SPIROL has grown, establishing numerous wholly-owned subsidiaries as well as acquiring Ford Aerospace in South Shields, England.

Lu Anne Green has been appointed COO at MicroCare. Green brings a wealth of experience and expertise with a career that spans multiple industries having brought quality and efficiency in manufacturing and operations.
Green’s background includes roles as COO at ELG Alloys, principal at a private wholesale food distributor, and senior vice president of global operations at ICU Medical. Her skill set includes Lean, Six Sigma, quality control, systems integration, profit & loss management, supply chain optimization, contract manufacturing, inventory reduction, global sourcing, logistics, and multi-site operations. Lyndex-Nikken has expanded its sales team by welcoming Matt Mowell, regional sales representative for Georgia and Florida; Ken Hall, regional sales representative for Kentucky and Southeast Ohio; and Oen Mowell, regional sales associate for Georgia and Florida.
With more than 30 years in the machine tool industry, Matt re-joins Lyndex-Nikken with a background in sales, machine operation, service engineering, applications engineering, and machine tool apprenticeship.
Ken brings more than 30 years’ experience in manufacturing including a decade of extensive cutting tool experience and proficiency in sales and applications engineering that positions him to excel in process optimization. Ken has a manufacturing technology degree from Bluegrass Community Technical College in Lexington, Kentucky.
Oen started his career in the machine tool industry working for a tooling distributor. Mentored by the CEO with extensive industry expertise, Oen honed his knowledge in sales strategies, customer service, and machine tool solutions. Anja Taylor has joined CERATIZIT as the company’s new channel manager, working directly with distributors throughout the United States. Taylor brings 10 years of national and regional experience to the role, with previous channel manager and sales engineer positions in the tool manufacturing industry.
As channel manager, Taylor will use her background in business development, strategic account management, and technology implementation to shape, refine, and execute CERATIZIT’s U.S. distribution strategy.
