3D post-processing equipment
The PostPro3DColor smooths and colors 3D-printed parts in one step without water or disposable waste streams. The PostPro3DMini is a more compact substitute for the original PostPro3D machine for smaller production runs, STEM programs, and design studios.
The automated, turnkey solutions easily integrate into workflows, eliminating expensive, time-consuming manual post-processing. Post-processed parts exhibit no more than 0.4%-dimensional change, retaining fine details and tight tolerances. Process time is 90 minutes to 120 minutes.
All systems feature the boundary layer automated smoothing technology (BLAST), a non-line-of-sight physio-chemical performance- and aesthetics-enhancing process that smooths thermoplastic polymers and complex internal cavities of polymer 3D- printed parts.

Large-format 3D printing system
Nexa3D’s Lubricant Sublayer Photo-curing (LSPc) technology in the NXE-400 reduces the time to produce functional prototypes and production parts from hours to minutes, printing at injection molding repeatability and tolerances.
The NXE400 delivers ultra-fast printing of functional prototyping, production tooling, and full-scale manufacturing of end-use parts, casting patterns, and dental restorations. The printers also feature cognitive software and integrated sensors to optimize manufacturing part performance, provide detailed diagnostics, and offer continuous monitoring.
