
IN 2007, THE JOB MARKET IN THE MEDICAL DEVICE and diagnostics sector will continue to grow and the demand for top talent will be as fierce as ever, according to Korn/Ferry International, executive recruiting firm.
Despite the high profile M&A activity and an overall softening of the labor market in 2006, Korn/Ferry saw an up tick in recruitment, a strong demand for executives around the world, and an increased investment in human capital by employers, which Dr. Richard Arons, Managing Director, Global Medical Device and Diagnostics Sector and Head of the Princeton office, also expects to see in the coming year.
