Precision Drive Systems (PDS) has announced PrecisionCare, its 24-month warranty program for new, repaired, and rebuilt spindles.
“Premium product quality, industry-leading engineering, top-quality repair services and a customer-first approach have helped us deliver a best-in-class program to our customers,” says Allen Turk, CEO of PDS. “While most spindle repair companies are open to provide service, we want our customers to have even greater peace of mind knowing that their spindle will perform at or better than its original specifications for double the industry standard 12-month warranty.”
The new warranty program provides customers with a cost-effective warranty as well as post sales service enhancements for PDS’ products for up to two years or 4,000 working hours, whichever occurs first, from the date of end user spindle installation.
Additional benefits include priority expedited repair service, unlimited technical phone support, and a quarterly spindle check-up analysis – all designed to complement today’s ‘always on’ manufacturing business environment.
